Enable PIN protection to encrypt your notes database locally with SQLCipher. Choose a PIN of at least six digits.

Schedule note reminders. With PIN protection enabled, notifications use generic text to keep the note content private.

Export a database backup to a location you choose through Android’s file picker. Restore it when you need it. Backups exported with PIN protection enabled remain encrypted and require that PIN to restore.

There is no account or cloud note sync. Keep your backup and PIN safe. Optional failed-PIN protection can permanently wipe the local database after your configured attempt limit.
